Carefully repack your item in its original packaging with all manuals, accessories, and protective inserts to ensure it remains undamaged during transit.

Ship to Powerland

Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or schedule a pickup for larger home appliances.

Inspection and Refund

Once our warehouse team inspects the returned unit to confirm its condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
