S4 Pre-Compressed Seal Roll 5Lm

The S4 Pre-Compressed Seal Roll (5m) is a high-performance EPDM sealing component designed for use with S4 in-roof mounting systems. It provides a continuous, watertight perimeter seal around the edges of a rooftop photovoltaic (PV) array where flashing interfaces with roof tiles or adjacent roof surfaces.

The pre-compressed EPDM material expands slightly once installed, allowing it to fill gaps and surface irregularities to enhance weather resistance and long-term protection. Supplied in an approximately 5-metre roll, the seal supports a clean finish and helps maintain the integrity of the roof interface throughout the lifetime of the installation.
