Most large appliances and furniture items are delivered within 5-7 business days. You will receive a tracking link and a scheduled delivery window via SMS once your order leaves our warehouse.
Do you offer professional installation services?
Yes, Powerland offers professional installation for select home appliances and smart home systems. You can add this service to your cart during the checkout process for an additional fee.
What is your return policy for home goods?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply to large furniture items or appliances that have been unboxed.
Do my Powerland products come with a warranty?
All products sold on Powerland come with a minimum 12-month manufacturer warranty. Extended protection plans are also available for purchase on premium electronics and appliances.

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
